Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Efficiently plan and schedule projects to ensure our site team is fully utilised, coordinating with clients to arrange asbestos surveys.
- Client & Team Co-ordination: Handle a high volume of inquiries, booking appointments for our site team with clients, and ensuring optimal deployment.
- Resource Management: Use a bespoke system to manage project resources, ensuring cost-effective and logical planning that meets client requirements.
- Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to maintain and create spreadsheets that support resource planning and project management.
- Problem Solving: Tackle scheduling challenges and find effective solutions to ensure that our staff can meet client needs across multiple sites.
Required Skills
- Communication: Strong verbal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues over the phone.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel and the ability to quickly learn and navigate bespoke resource planning systems.
- Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage workload effectively, multitask, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: A methodical approach to overcoming challenges and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Geographical Knowledge: Understanding of UK geography to efficiently match site teams with client locations.
