The training team at AEC were delighted to welcome training delegates based in Shanghai, China last month. The delegates, who came from a variety of different industries, such as shipping and asbestos laboratories, were looking for a globally recognised qualification to help them in their job roles. After initially enquiring about the P405 course, our trainer soon assessed their requirements and identified that BOHS IP405 (International Management of Asbestos in Buildings) was the better match for them.
Kellie Naughton, AEC’s training manager was responsible for preparing the content of the course by researching the regulations in China and ensuring the content was relevant for the overseas trainees. The course was delivered online and in ‘real time’. This meant that delegates were spared an 18,000-mile round trip, and training was delivered at 4am UK time due to the 7 hour time difference.
This dedication has certainly paid off as the course was given a 5 Star rating across the board from the delegates.
