AEC win new contract

AEC are proud to be working in partnership with The University of Liverpool for the provision of Water Hygiene consultancy and monitoring services.

We have supported the university in its compliance duties with regard to asbestos since 2017 and are now delighted to further strengthen the relationship and provide water hygiene services which include:

• Legionella risk assessments, management plans and policies
• Water hygiene services
• High level technical consultancy
• Water management portal
• Dedicated project delivery team ensuring safe working practices at all times
• Training services

The University of Liverpool is one of the North West’s leading education providers and is universally recognised for its high-quality teaching and research collaborations and as a centre of excellence. The campus is home to over 22,000 students and has a vast array of teaching, research and residential properties.  In order to support the universities’ exemplary approach to compliance, AEC’s senior consultants will be delivering a programme of works to residential and core building stock across multiple campuses.
