The main focus of the Receptionist is to be the first point of contact providing an efficient, client-focused service to training delegates, customers and staff alike.
The Receptionist will deal with all incoming calls and queries effectively, maintain a high level of customer service at all times, book in lab samples and also provide diary, sales and administration support.
Office housekeeping will also be the responsibility of the Receptionist on an ongoing basis – including office and training supplies, petty cash and any other duties that ensure the smooth running of AEC South.
Reception is first line; this role requires a mature professional that can multitask efficiently, is personable and can deal with people in a friendly and efficient manner as well as somebody who can focus between the inevitable interruptions that come with a reception desk.
